Exchange, Returns & Refunds

At SoulBlueai, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made-to-order, reflecting the individuality and care that define our brand. Because of this bespoke nature, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.
However, in the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer an exchange once our Quality Control (QC) team confirms the issue. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After approval, we’ll request you to ship the item back with its original tags intact. Our QC team will inspect the item upon receipt, and if the claim is validated, an exchange will be arranged. If the defect claim is not approved, the exchange will not be processed.
For general exchanges, you may raise a request within 48 hours of delivery. Once received and inspected, you may exchange it for a different size or opt for a credit note, depending on product and size availability. Processing times may vary.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original packaging and tags intact. Please ensure garments are tried on carefully; we cannot accept items with stains or fragrance.
Customised pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, though alterations may be possible.
As each SoulBlueai creation is handmade with love, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Only genuine manufacturing defects are eligible for review, and not all products qualify for exchange.
