Refund & Return Policy
Because every SoulBlueai piece is handcrafted and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference or minor variations in shade or texture. These are natural features of handmade, eco-dyed textiles and not defects.
However, if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, we will gladly review your request and offer a replacement or store credit, after our quality check.
To initiate such a request, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear photos and your order details. Once approved, you’ll be guided through the return process.
Please note:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns shipped without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the sender unless the issue is a verified manufacturing defect or error on our part.
